Best car wash in Olympia! I’ve been coming here regularly and the service is always top-notch. The staff is friendly, professional, and they genuinely care about doing a great job. My car looks spotless inside and out — probably the cleanest it’s been in years. They paid attention to the little details most places miss, and the whole process was quick and easy. Prices are fair, the location is clean, and the customer service keeps me coming back. Highly recommend this car wash to anyone looking for quality work and great people!

I’d give this place ten stars if it let me! The manager, Mikael, is professional, clean and always willing to go above and beyond. As someone who worked at car wash many years ago, I know the hard work that goes into it. It’s nice to see the workers keep a smile on their face during the busy days. This is my go to car wash, it should be yours too!

If you want to be spoken to like a three year old and have a business with no accountability then this is the place for you. I recently took my brand new to me dream car with about two hundred miles that I have driven for a wash and clean. The exterior was clean however I can’t say the same for the interior. The interior now has a scratch so deep in the infotainment screen that a local detailer with thirty years of experience says there is no way to get out. Additionally there is a significant scratch in the window tint as well. When I went back the next day to discuss these issues with them I had to argue with the manager on duty just to put in an incident report. During this argument he said that there is no way that they cause these scratch additional it’s tough to say because there is no cameras how convenient. I have recently received a email for the maintenance tech again assuring me that his team didn’t cause these scratch how convenient. Why would I purposely damage my brand new dream with temp plates just to accuse them of the damage? If I could rate with negative stars I would there is no accountability or professionalism or Customer Service with this car wash. Use at you

First time coming here and first impression was great so I thought, I planned on making it a monthly thing until I took a further look at the work! Chunk of my paint ripped off, dirty car door handle and half a vacuum job! At first I felt bad that I hadn’t brought more of a cash tip but after the sheer sadness seeing the damage and dirt that remains after paying for all the extra that went out the door and I won’t return!

It was okay compared to other locations. Staff wasn’t friendly or greeting. And the staff moves very slow for there to young men there. They had no urgency or politeness when cleaning my vehicle. Then to pay $45, $50 after tax to have them not properly clean my rims is outrageous. These are pictures of my rims after they were serviced. I went home and I had to clean them myself. Outrageous price to pay for mediocre service.
